I will get dental crowns. Do dentists numb you for crowns?

Typically yes but on rare occasions, I have had a patient who requested no anesthetic and did fine! Good luck Thanks
Yes, they do! You need to be numb in order for the dentist to "prepare" your tooth for the temporary and permanent crowns. Thanks.
