Do muscle relaxers help a pinched nerve?

I am a 31 year old male. I want to know if muscle relaxers help a pinched nerve?

You need to be physically examined. Might.
Most definitely! Especially if the nerve is being pinched from tight muscles or muscle spasms, which is quite frequently the case! Also, anti-inflammatory medication such as motrin will help reduce nerve irritation and discomfort.
Good luck. Pinched nerves are no fun!

A tense muscle can cause nerve impingement. Stretching, heat and daily massage to the muscle group can help alleviate a tense muscle as well. If no relief, you can take a muscle relaxant to help force the muscle to relax and relieve the nerve impingement.
