I am a 41 year old female. I want to know if permanent crowns look better than temporary?

Almost always although I’ve been told my hand carved temporaries had better anatomy!
Hopefully as temporaries are just that and not meant to last so lesser material is used for these products.

In almost all cases, they do. Sometimes you can make really nice temporaries, but in most cases, the permanent crowns are smoother, fit better, and have more shine to them.

Typically, yes, the permanent crown is more esthetic than the temporary. There are many dentists who make crowns in their office at one appointment so that you do not need a temporary crown. You may want to look up "crowns in a day" or Cerec dentists.
