Do swollen gums go away on their own?

I have swollen gums and want to treat them. Do swollen gums go away on their own?

Swollen gums do NOT go away on their own and need treatment. Most likely deep cleaning.

General speaking; No
There is a reason your gum tissues are inflamed and swollen. You should seek a out a dental consult. You may have a gingival infection, or abscessed tooth. In the meantime BRUSH your teeth, take Ibuprofen if you can take that medication and rinse your mouth with warm salt water 3 to 5 times a day dor 7 days.
Hi, No they do not. Seek dental care.
