“Do you use general anesthesia for sinus surgery?”
I will have sinus surgery. Do you use general anesthesia for sinus surgery?

General anesthesia is not always needed for Sinus Procedures, especially the minimally-invasive ones we elect to perform at OCEANN ENT Outpatient Procedure Suite due to the technological advancements we have access to. In cases where general anesthesia is not well-tolerated or is more risky (as in patients who have a cardiac history), performing Sinus Procedures under Local Anesthesia with Oral Sedation is a much safer option, and you can read more about this at https://www.oceannent.com!
Yes. Sinus surgery is performed with general anesthesia so the patient will be asleep during their procedure. After surgery they'll spend a few hours in a recovery room to allow them to wake up. Most patients feel good enough to go home a few hours after their surgery.

Yes. This sounds like functional endoscopic sinus surgery and would not be tolerable without general anesthesia.
