Does COVID-19 disease cause irregular heartbeat?

I had a COVID infection 2 weeks ago. After that I developed an irregular heartbeat. Does COVID-19 disease cause irregular heartbeat?

Yes, the lack of oxygen (O2) can cause arrhythmias and is due to the inflammation response to the virus. Myocarditis, which is inflammation of the myocardial muscle tissue, may be caused by viral infection. Coronavirus may affect the inner portion of the veins and arteries of the heart by the inflammation cause by the virus. Covid 19 causes rapid heartbeat, and irregular (palpitations), feeling dizzy and light headache, and chest pain. Thank you
