Does Invisalign or braces make your teeth more yellow?

I am a 23 year old male. I want to know does Invisalign or braces make your teeth more yellow?

Teeth stain depending on what you eat or drink and some people's teeth stain more than others regardless of braces or Invisalign. Often it is the attachment placed on the tooth for Invisalign or the flash from the glue under the braces bracket that is staining. Stains need to be scraped or pumiced to remove them. Metal braces might darken teeth a little more because the bracket blocks light transmission through the tooth
Because teeth are translucent, teeth seem darker due to reflection. When the brackets are removed, the teeth will appear the original color, provided the patient has good hygiene.

No. Yellowing is a condition of improper cleaning, which can happen, but no, it does not cause yellowing.
Invisalign or Braces do not make teeth more yellow. It is generally stains from the food and drinks we consume contacting our teeth that make our enamel appear discolored. With the recent development of professional whitening products on the market it is possible to now whiten your teeth while using either Invisalign or Braces. Dr. B
Your teeth may appear more yellow due to staining of the adhesive that hold braces in place. Likewise if you have bonded attachments aiding aligners during the alignment of your teeth they may stain. Your teeth should be back to normal when everything bonded to your teeth is removed at the end of treatment.
Typically, we add some glue to the braces and attachments (dots of glue) for Invisalign. We often have our patients use a gentle whitening foam while they wear their Invisalign trays. You should check with your orthodontist to see if that would be appropriate for you. Usually any yellowing is temporary.
