“Does Naltrexone block Serotonin and Dopamine ”

Hello I am on Naltrexone and also on antidepressants Cymbalta, Zoloft and wanting to add things that boost these endorphins naturally because I am fatigued and unmotivated at all times. Is Naltrexone counteracting my efforts and blocking these endorphins? I am increasing my Zoloft monthly but is it in vain? I am also on Zyprexa (dopamine antagonist) & (Topamax, Lamictal, and Gabapentin)
