I believe acupuncture could help with your food allergies. We may need to use some herbs along with acupuncture. Gradually you should be able to try reintroducing the problem foods.
Acupuncture is an ancient traditional Chinese medicine. The theory is that there are many different acupuncture points connected by pathways and by inserting solid metallic needles in the skin, improve the flow of Qi (energy) which can restore overall health. Acupuncture is a form of complementary alternative medicine. There is a system out called NAET that a trained acupuncturist can do for you, but you'll have to search for someone who has the training as it's not part of our normal acupuncture education.
