“Does drinking water help with bloating?”
I am a 22 year old female. I want to know if drinking water helps with bloating?

No, it doesn't help. The water you drink is completely absorbed by the small intestine, goes into your bloodstream, then any extra water you don't need is excreted by the kidney. The water has no effect on the lumen of the GI tract. This is also the reason that drinking water doesn't help constipation either.
Bloating might be from carbohydrate malabsorption (this is #1 if it happens after eating), bacterial overgrowth or constipation.
