Does fatty liver affect anesthesia?

I will have surgery under general anesthesia. I have a fatty liver. Does fatty liver affect anesthesia?

Fatty liver is a term describing a liver condition that may be associated
with excessive alcohol intake, uncontrolled diabetes, and morbid obesity,
all of which can complicate the administration of general anesthesia as
well as the safety and complications from surgery.
It doesn’t. However it could slow down metabolism of some medications used in anesthesia and prolong the emergence from general anesthesia. Not significantly though.
It affects the anesthetic absorption
