“Does scratching cause hyperpigmentation?”
I had a bad skin rash last year due to bed bugs and I was violently scratching my whole body all night. I woke up and saw severe dark spot’s around my neck, arms, legs, and hips. I’ve become insecure about it and I want to get rid of them quickly. What prescription strength creams should I use to get rid of them?

Start with sun protection which is the most important then consider
medications that have hydroquinone.
Over the counter consider vitamin C.
