I got a head injury in the gym. What should I do? Does urgent care treat head injuries?

Obviously depends but they can get it started
A head injury, if significant, can cause bleeding around the brain, which can occur slowly from veins rather than arteries. A CT scan is the gold standard for detecting this type of bleeding. An urgent care center can assess you and order a CT scan if necessary.
