“Dosage of Escitalopram (Lexapro)?”
I am taking Escitalopram 20MG tablet and Bupropion 150MG ER (XL) tablet for depression. Is Escitalopram also for anxiety and can I up dosage (5MG) safely?

Doses above 20mg are not thought to have any extra benefit. May need to change the medications up.
