Drug interaction from TKR

I have had a total knee replacement one month ago, and I am no longer on the stronger pain medication that I have, like tramadol, and oxycodone. I have been taking Robaxin the last few days because I have started up with outpatient physical therapy. Tonight I am in a lot more pain and the Robaxin is not helping at all and the Tylenol that I have been taking is not cutting it. How long after I take the Robaxin is it safe to take something stronger such as my tramadol and or the oxycodone to help with the pain? I know that they have a major drug interaction, so I am scared to take anything before checking.

I would suggest to see your surgeon for evaluation. He might perform a clinical exam and do some X-rays to check. Mild pain with PT (physical therapy) after TKA (Total Knee Arthroplasty) is normal until healing happens. I would recommend to see your surgeon before going further. Thanks
