“Dry Skin”
It all started when I had a bad week. I did masterbate 5-6 times a day the skin was dry still I masteubated. The next day morning I cleaned the glans of penis with direct soap contact unknowingly, did it for 1 week thinking that it would clean the area properly, the soap was
(Mysore sandle soap) it was a excellent germicides with sandle content in it. I assume the usage of the sandalwood soap and my extensive mastrubation caused this problem. I am a naturopathy Medical student who follows natural therapies, I tried applying oil and honey to the skin as suggested by my professor. It is showing results, but I need faster results, no medications were taken only treatment was taken is applying oil once a week. I want to know about the exact medical conditions name that I am facing please help me with this.

Hello there! There are different causes of lesions similar to these - some are sexually transmitted and some are not! I recommend see a physician/dermatologist that can evaluate, and if needed, biopsy and diagnose the lesions so appropriate treatment can be given!
