Dry mouth?

I have had an extremely dry mouth with sweet-smelling urine with bubbles in it and I'm a diabetic.

Is your diabetes well-controlled? If you have periodontal disease this can exacerbate your diabetes. If you are taking medications, I would discuss the dry mouth with your doctor to see if there are alternatives that have less of an effect on saliva. If you smoke, that contributes to dry mouth. If you are well controlled and without periodontal disease, there are several products available that can help, though short term. Look for xylitol containing mints and gum as they stimulate saliva. There are also mouth sprays that can be used. Weldental.com has several products and then there are options in the Biotene product line. There are others as well. If you are a mouth breather, I would suggest finding a myofunctional therapist to help you to change that habit.
Get to see your personal physician right away. Your symptoms are usually an urgent sign of dangerously high blood sugar.
