Duodenal Polyp?

My son is 5 years old. He had surgery for duodenal polyp last year in January. On 06 September 2020, we had an endoscopy of him. and found polyps again. My question is "is it curable by medicine?" we want to avoid any surgery. 2nd question is " Can homeopathy be of any help to us in this situation?"

In children, it's very important to find out about family history of polyps. There is a condition called FAP (Familial Adenomatous Polyposis). If someone has this condition, there is a very high likelihood that a person will develop Colorectal Cancer. I would take him to a Pediatric Gastroenterologist for evaluation.
There is little to no evidence that polyps can be cured or prevented by medications. If polyps are forming then they generally should be removed by endoscopic procedure.

Homeopathy doesn't help for anything. There has never been a placebo controlled trial showing that homeopathy works for any condition.
