Eating Habits

I dont eat a lot during the week, I eat mainly vegetables some fruits some protien, and I need to eat bread once a week. When I do eat the bread it kills my stomach, and messes with me for days. I was wondering if there was a certain kind of bread that I wouldnt have this issue with or a suggestion.

Sounds like you may have some gut imbalances. Try gluten free bread for a few weeks to see if this helps. Try plant-based multigrain breads, whole grain breads, and breads that use sprouted grains, such as ezekiel bread are packed with health benefits and are great for a plant-based diet. Breads made from refined flours do not contain the fiber and protein that whole grain, multigrain, or sprouted grain breads offer. Many of these types of bread are also gluten free.
