“Embarrassing question?”
A long time ago when I was around 30 or so, I had shaved my scrotum and before I knew it I had grown an ingrown hair bump on my scrotum. It was the size of a pea, it never bothered me and does not hurt, but now it has grown to the size of a big bean, my question is there an over the counter medicine I can buy to get rid of it?

Not embarrassing and a somewhat common problem. Unfortunately, over-the-counter remedies will probably not have any effect, so best to see a local dermatologist if you desire removal.
