“Enlargement in anus when doing anal sex?”
Slightly awkward question but: My partner was born with a penis, and sometimes I perform anal sex on her with my finger. When she gets close to orgasm, I can feel an enlarged bump grow inside her anus. I assumed this was her prostate swelling, but when I looked this up online, all it said was things about anal cancer or bacterial infection. Is an enlarged bump about 1-2 inches in the anus normal, when approaching orgasm? Thanks in advance.
