Eye problem affecting my daughter?

My 4 year daughter has a .4 eye number in both eyes includes cylindrical. Please suggest what should I do to reduce it.

A complete ophthalmologic exam should be performed to determine the cause of your symptoms.
Looks like a chalazion. She’ll need antibiotics, warm compresses, and then surgical removal of it doesn’t go away completely.
There is no way to reduce it. There are a number methods that can slow down the final,adult prescription. They include certain drops and special contact lenses. Speak with your eye doctor and see what might work for your daughter.
