Hi! You may be experiencing side effects from your blood pressure medications. Take your blood pressure at home to make sure your blood pressure is not dropping too low. Also, contact your doctor and let them know what you have been experiencing. I hope you feel better. Aleeia
Monitor your blood pressure and make sure you are getting plenty of fluids. Consult your physician as well. The medication might need adjusted but dont take it upon yourself to do that.
Stop the blood pressure medication, no conditions noted
Go to the ER please for further evaluation, could be numerous of things, medication adverse affect, blood pressure too high, seek medical attention to get proper test ran to get down to the bottom of it
Check your blood pressure, especially during the episodes. Sometimes if you are on multiple blood pressure medications (pills), it may drop too much and lead to such. Many other things may be possible as well, so I suggest talking with your doctor and perhaps seeing them for a check-up and assessment of medications.

Another possibility is low pulse or fast irregular pulse. Atrial fibrillation is another possibility.
