To combat mildly chronic fatigue make sure your sleep schedule is in balance; too much sleep may make you feel overly tired and you will want to sleep more. Note activities that may be draining; children, work life balance, whatever you do on the regular or daily that might need adjusting. Upon rising each morning, try stretching your body and doing some neck rotations 3-5 times to the Left and then 3-5 times to the right; more if desired, do this throughout the day specifically in the evening around 6 when this starts and especially before bed. If your blood levels are normal but you still feel fatigued, work on increasing your blood flow (exercise) and check your diet and nutrition (vitamins/minerals and/or deficiencies). Develop a morning and evening low impact exercise regime. If you increase your blood flow upon awakening, this will boost your energy levels enough to last throughout the day. In the evening, doing some basic stretching and low impact exercises along with the neck rotations may also ease your headaches and aid fatigue. Notice when your headaches start; time of day and what you are doing when this happens. Massaging and Ice bathing your hands and feet are also medication free ways to ease and improve your headache symptoms and fatigue. Make sure to stay hydrated as this can cause headaches if you are not getting enough water. If you want a full body/blood stimulation try a cold bath soak and immerse your entire body, slowly; afterwards your body will be teeming with the stimulation from the cold bath. During all of these activities, practice breath work as this is also natural stimulation from the brain to the body specifically in blood flow. Try to stimulate all of your senses in this process; smell, sound, taste and touch specifically for you. Adding music to these activities will encourage positive bodily responses along with positive stimulation from your sense of smell. If this does not work in the positive for you, we encourage you to follow up with your primary care physician or local medical professionals. Remember this symptom can be stemming from something physical and/or mental/emotional so checking from all angles is necessary. Good Luck!
