Fatty liver?

I had an ultrasound in January and the results showed a moderately fatty and enlarged liver as well as an enlarged spleen. Since then I have been hearing a lot of gurgling sounds coming from what I believe to be the liver. All my recent bloodwork, with the exception of my Anti ANA, has come back normal. My Anti ANA is 1:640. Last July 2020 I had a CT scan which showed a result of the liver, spleen, and other organs as "unremarkable". My bowel movements go from normal to diarrhea on occasion. I have no itchy skin but my Sebborhea has gotten worst. I've been getting buzzing in my ears and have dry eyes on occasion. Is it possible that there could be cirrhosis, even with normal bloodwork?

I would believe the CT more than the US in terms of measuring the size of the liver and spleen. The liver does not make any sounds. The gurgling is coming from your stomach and/or intestines. Yes, it is possible to have cirrhosis with normal bloodwork, but it would be early stage only, plus you need to have risk factors for cirrhosis before really worrying about developing it.
