“Feeling like almost fainting?”
Suddenly I got super hot and then my hearing was all weird and felt like it was going out. I thought I was going to faint. I never have. But I feel better now. Just don’t know what could have happened and what I should do?

It is hard to pinpoint the exact cause of your symptoms without a full history and physical. From the limited information given, your symptoms sounds like near syncope, which may be due to medication or dehydration. Certain infections will also cause similar symptoms as would seizures. I would recommend a visit to your primary care provider for initial evaluation.
