“Fever?”
5-6 days ago I began to have a slight headache. That night I had a slight fever. The day after the fever ranged from 102-103.7 without medication. Fast forward to today, ~6 days later, and the fever has not budged. That is the only symptom, other than a headache that only comes with high temperatures. Have been taking Tylenol/Advil to manage the fever + 5 day zpack and no change. Please help.

The obvious need is COVID testing. Without other focal symptoms, it is difficult to give advice. Best to see your internist.
Headache and fever without any other ENT or general symptoms- You should contact your PCP.
