“Fingernail for breakfast?”
This morning while eating cereal, I bit down on something, not cereal. I removed what appears to be a human nail from what I was chewing. Any dangers of this transmitting anything virus or otherwise?

Very low risk of any transmission due to such a small inoculum from this fomite, and also your stomach acid destroys most if not all pathogens ingested.
