I’ve had unprotected sex twice with my girlfriend. A day after. I’ve got the flu both times. She was not sick on the days we had sex. We were both originally virgins before we got together.

I am not sure what your question is but Flu can be transmitted about 24 hours PRIOR to symptoms so one of the two of you had it brewing! Flu like symptoms if you have not had confirmatory testing could also be related to mono, HIV, and other Sexually transmitted diseases.
