“Food on cirrotic liver?”
Hi, I have cirrhosis of the liver. Was wondering what the effect of eating "popcorn" has on my liver. Seems I've had a terrible craving for it, for weeks now, And, I just like it. I was diagnosed with cirrhosis 20 years ago.

I don't think there is any problem with popcorn, but just make sure that you don't add salt. People with cirrhosis are usually advised to eat a low salt diet, < 2 grams per day.
