For years I’ve had back pain that causes me to have diarrhea. Can this be related to each other? What should I do?

I’m 24 years old. I’ve had back pain for years and that specific problem started about 10 years ago. I don’t know if it’s related but I’m too embarrassed about it to tell my orthopedic doctor. I’m a year post op from a Microdiscectomy/laminectomy. I had 3 herniated discs and one of them was rather very large. I also have spinal stenosis and degenerative disc disease. It doesn’t happen every single time my back starts hurting but the pain I get with that is completely different from my regular every day back pain, it’ll cause me to have diarrhea and sometimes it causes some nausea and it won’t stop unless I put either heat or ice on my back. Is there anything I can do about this? Or can you think of what exactly is wrong with me? I’ve googled and googled and googled and haven’t ever found anything for it. Please help me. TIA

Impinged nerves (from spinal stenosis) not only innervate muscles and skin...they also innervate organ and gland physiology! That is the result of mechanical stenosis! Find a well trained Chiro that will not twist your spine because stenosis is the direct result of a vertebrae that has shifted backwards and this causes narrowing of the openings in your spine that house the spinal nerves...I talk about stenosis on my website www.FIX24WellnessSudio.com
