Go get an x ray.

It's all low dose and they will give you a lead vest to wear.
You should still go in for an evaluation. X-rays are sometimes necessary to determine if there is a fracture and if that is done, they will place a lead shield over your belly to protect your baby from radiation.

Sometimes it's not always obvious if you have a broken wrist. There are many bones in the wrist as well as ligaments that can be injured and may or may not cause pain. If you have continued swelling and pain and decreased movement I would definitely see an orthopedic surgeon and get an x-ray
Unfortunately, it is not really possible to rule out a fracture of the wrist without a visit to your doctor. However, the general features of a fracture can include one or more of the following: swelling, pain with pushing on the bones of your wrist, pain with movement, discoloration or bruising, and if severe your wrist can look deformed or abnormal. I wish I could give you a sure fire way to tell but it typically requires an exam and an X-ray to be certain.
These are tough situations, because we do try to avoid surgery on pregnant patients if not essential. However, it would be good to follow-up with your primary doctor and often orthopedist to make sure nothing is broken. If you don't have a fracture or major ligament injury, the injury should not be time sensitive, and if it does need surgery, you can wait until after birth.
