Frequent but not constant tongue burning, irrigation, movement?

Several times past few months, my tongue becomes very painful. Symptoms aren't always the same but can include burning sensation, sores, involuntary movement, biting my tongue, speaking with a lisp, sense of taste change, feeling swollen, seems worse with stress and illness.
