“GERD?”
I having been suffering from excessive gas, nausea, vomiting, and frequent bowel movement. I was treated with antibiotics for 5 days and Nexium once a day for 3 weeks. I have been feeling great and then I ate something 2 days ago which made me sick. Now I have been having gas at night but it’s not as bad. My stool is also a tan color for the past two weeks. Also did some blood test which came back normal but it still feels uncomfortable and can’t sleep and night.

None of what you describe sounds like GERD. Getting sick from a food might have been an enteric infection which can then precipitate or exacerbate dyspepsia and irritable bowel. For prolonged symptoms, see a PCP or GI doc.
