Need to have evalatin that would include full exam, puberal tanner staging and height and weight plotted on a growth chart. Depending on that, may also need a bone age xray since that will provide information on future growth potential and final height expectation. Details of family history can also be very helpful. If still some questions, evaluation by an adolescent endocrinologist and some specific hormone levels may also be useful to help explain what's going on.
