By looking at the photo, it is impossible to perceive the real features and characteristics of these two bumps. Yet, it would be most helpful to see a knowledgeable doctor you trust whenever you are ready. For the time being, if sexually active, check if your sexual partner(s) has/have similar lesions. For further questions, ask your local doctors (urologist preferably) or check back with FATD again for further follow-up if having newer information.

Could be that or molluscum contagiosum

Difficult to be certain. Would need to biopsy and remove. See a Dermatologist or urologist.
