“HIV or pimples?”
I have no symptoms. I had sex Saturday and pimples started on my thigh Tuesday. I don’t know if it’s herpes or pimples. I got a haircut Saturday and my neck got infected because the barber didn’t clean his clippers. I don’t know if I was itching my neck and spread on my thigh or if I got it from the girl Saturday.

Hi,
Yes, they do appear to be pimples, especially if sore. Sometimes a dermatologist will inject new lesions with a steroid suspension (Kenalog), which may speed up healing.

First I have a question for you. Why do patient photos like this seem always to be out of focus and blurry like this one. Dermatologists need to see the character and details of a rash or lesion such as this. Nevertheless, given the history and the suboptimal photograph I would guess that you acquired Molloscum Contagiosum from your date on Saturday.
