Thanks for the question. If you do not know the prostitutes status for HIV, Herpes, Syphilis, or Chlamydia, you can obtain a prescription for HIV medication for 30 days, one dose Azithromycin for Chlamydia, and consider testing for Herpes simplex and Syphilis now and in a few weeks. Consider HPV vaccine, if you haven't received it. Use condoms. If not, you can take Truvada or equivalent prior to contact. Thank you for reaching out with your concerns. It's commendable that you're taking steps to prioritize your health. I'd like to address your recent exposure and provide guidance on the next steps. Given the nature of your recent encounter, it is strongly recommended that you get tested for sexually transmitted infections (STIs) as a precautionary measure. This will ensure your peace of mind and allow for timely intervention if necessary. It's important to remember that early detection and treatment can significantly impact the outcome of any potential infections. Additionally, I would like to suggest scheduling an appointment with one of our healthcare providers to discuss the possibility of Post-Exposure Prophylaxis (PEP). PEP is a preventive treatment that can be highly effective if administered promptly after a potential exposure to HIV. Our providers are experienced in this area and will be able to guide you through the process, answer any questions you may have, and provide personalized care. Your privacy and confidentiality are of utmost importance to us, and our team is dedicated to ensuring you receive the best possible care in a supportive environment.
