“Had painful urination, still aggravates with too much touching. Should I be worried?”
Over a week ago, I felt a sharp pain during urination. After that, it would hurt to urinate for a few days. No blood and was still clear. It doesn't hurt to urinate now but aggravates if I adjust it too much and/or ejaculate.
I took ibuprofen and UTI medication for a a few days to see if it would help, and it was helpful for a little bit of time.
I was thinking I applied too much pressure in which I got the sharp pain. Should I be worried about anything major?

No you probably had an infection and now you just have some of the after effects.
It is best to see a Urologist for this problem. Call one and schedule an appointment.
