Hello iam 14 years old and iam gymnastics player and when I was exercise I got a grade 3 hamstring injury and now I feel pain on hip bone why

Because the muscle has torn off of the bone. That is a ty[e of a hamstring tear. Hope it helps!!
Hello. There a may reasons why someone who has a hamstring tear, can get pain in the hip. It could be related to the muscle tear, or to gymnastics training, or an unrelated issue entirely. It is hard to make a accurate assessment without doing an examination and taking some imagining. I encourage you to see a orthopaedic surgeon in person if you are having ongoing issues.
