“Have I been bitten?”
No symptoms, but I looked up black widow spider bite and they look exactly the same please give me an answer.

With out any symptoms like pain, swelling or redness around the bite its unlikely to be a black widow bite. Check with your primary care physician.
Looks can be deceptive. Have it checked by a doctor.
If you were bitten by a black widow, number 1, it would depend on the amount, if any, of venom that went through the skin. But I would highly expect you to have symptoms by now, so it's unlikely.
Unless you saw the spider or you are having symptoms it is unlikely you were bitten by a black widow as the immediate effects of a black widow bite are very dramatic. If you have an insect bite there may be local inflammation around the area but will typically subside with warm compresses.
