Hearing loss?

Can TMJ in severe cases cause permanent hearing loss? I have been dealing with hearing loss in ONE ear for the past 4 months. The loss started progressively, up to the point IT affected nu left ear as well . what I do feel îs LIKE Something fibrous îs blocking the canal. I am a TMJ sufferer for 16 years, with arthroscopies and permanent disc displacement without reduction worse on the right (where I started having the loss), atrophic and condyle deformity, disc DEGENERATION. CAN THE RETRODISCAL TISSUE TEAR UP DUE TO CONSTANT USE AND MISALIGNMENT AND OBSTRUCT THE EAR CANAL AND CAUSE HEARING LOSS??? I did not have had trauma or any virus.
NEED ADVICE PLEASE. I will attach the audiograms.

You can have low pitched mechanical tinnitus from TMj, not hearing loss.
TMJ does not cause objective hearing loss on formal audiometric testing… you should be professionally evaluated.

TMJ disorders can cause ear pain, but ordinarily not hearing loss. TMJ fracture can cause displacement that blocks the ear canal and causes a mechanical hearing loss that is correctable. That problem is obvious when looking into the ear with an otoscope. Most progressive losses such as you described are due to medical causes that can be identified through a comprehensive evaluation. In some cases, they can be helped her even cured. Even when that is not the case, sometimes it is possible to prevent or slow further hearing loss. I would recommend a comprehensive assessment by a neuro-otologist.
