“Heart attack?”
I'm having pain in the right center of my chest, could this be a heart attack? My arms are tingley.

MORE INFORMATION IS NEEDED. IT IS POSSIBLE, BUT UNLIKELY.
Any time that you have chest pain that is not relieved by the usual pain pills could be a sign of hear attack. Take an Aspirin and call 911.
You should not be waiting for my reply. Call your Physician/Cardiologist and have some tests done:
