“Heart condition?”
I have a friend with a heart condition, I just want to know if it's safe to serve him a hot tea at night as last thing before bed. And what do you recommend as a remedy?

I'm not sure what you're referring to as a heart condition. There are many types of heart problems. Hot tea is a safe drink. Caffeine free is better.
Hot tea at night is fine. Remedy? The patient should see a doctor regarding his problem.
