“Hematoma ”
Hi 3 years ago I had a fat transfer to my butt gone wrong and developed an infection on my left check I was hospitalized due to the infection after 3-4 months I was released and had a smalll lump the dr said it was a hemotoma and that I would be fine it hasn’t bothered since today I feel pain and noticed it was bigger and had bruising around it I’m also 5 months pregnant should I be concerned could the infection return after this long ??

I would recommend that you be seen by your obgyn or the surgeon who did your fat transfer. Although you are pregnant, ultrasound of the area might be helpful, also a blood count to assess your left cheek. Pain can be a sign of infection and should not be ignored with your history.
