A rapid HIV test from 10 weeks and 5 days from the encounter should be accurate. It may be advisable to go to the Health department or your primary care doctor to get a blood test as well. You may be interested in pre exposure prophylaxis; there are two oral drugs as well as injectables that are very effective to prevent HIV.
