“How can I improve immunity levels in my 3 year old?”
My daughter is 3 years old and often falls sick. Most of the time her illness is acquired from her school. Is there any ways by which I can improve her immunity levels?

You can not improve your child's immunity. You can get her vaccines to help prevent illness. You can feed her a nourishing diet and supply recommended vitamins. You can keep her allergies in check and you can avoid tobacco, smoke, and sick people.
Yes. Washing the hands, good nutrition and sleep, and if allergies could be part of the picture assessment and seek treatment with your local Allergist-Immunologist.

Evaluation of frequent infections could include blood test looking at the immune system as well as allergies. These tests could provide useful information. It is also important that all immunizations are up to date including influenza. Some children will get frequent infections when they first start school because of the number of children who are sent to school sick, spreading the illness.
