Hi there! Some recommendations to prevent acid reflux are to stay sitting upright for 30-60 minutes after eating and try to avoid going to bed immediately after eating a meal. You can also try avoiding greasy and spicy foods, red sauces and red wines can induce acid reflux for some individuals as well. Over the counter treatment options you could try could be Omeprazole, Famotidine, or TUMS and take as directed. Ultimately the goal is to identify what your trigger(s) are and avoid those as you're able.
We have to start by correcting the both the lining of the gut and correcting the pH of the gut so that it's acidic enough to break down the food that you're eating Plus restoring the lining of the gut which is generally one of the first things that go as we live our lives and processed foods rancid oils and sugar causes or seem to cause this phenomenon called it leaky gut so these things need to be healed and that process starts by putting in something to heal the lining of the guy preferably aloe vera start with that and get on a ketogenic diet
You can prevent acid reflux by eating smaller portions of food, position your body when you go to bed where your head is elevated, and lastly stop eating 3-4 hours before going to sleep. I hope this helps!
