I have shoulder pain and want to fix it. How can I quickly fix my shoulder pain?

Dear Patient, Quickly fixing shoulder pain depends on its cause and severity. If you've recently injured your shoulder, applying ice and resting it can help reduce initial inflammation and pain. Over-the-counter pain relievers may provide temporary relief. However, it's crucial to consult a healthcare provider for a proper diagnosis and tailored treatment plan. They may recommend exercises to strengthen and stabilize the shoulder, physical therapy, or other interventions. In some cases, more advanced treatments like corticosteroid injections or regenerative therapies such as PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) injections can offer effective and quicker relief. Remember that seeking professional guidance is the best approach to address your specific shoulder pain and ensure a speedy recovery. Best regard. Tsai Chao MD
Depends on the reason for the shoulder pain, try and schedule a injury screen from your local therapy clinics, most offer it free.
Your question is not specific enough for my specific response. Generally speaking, shoulder pain mostly comes from soft tissue injury (muscle/fascia strain) instead of the common notion of rotator cuff tear which is actually very rare. It is a simple and easy matter to cure pain by releasing the precise injured/tender sites of the jammed-up tissue via light touch (Touch-and-Hold of The Precision Method) which initiates self-healing internally within the body. It should be done right at the time of injury, the sooner the better, otherwise it takes more time. None of the external treatments can cure the source of pain (injured sites), such as medications, cold/hot application, electrotherapy, laser, stem cell, massage, manipulation, stretching, strengthening, acupuncture, etc.
Depending on the injury, depends on the person, depends on the treatment there is no linear answer to how fast it gets better with the only description being shoulder pain.
