How can I stabilize a loose tooth at home?

I am a 26 year old male. I want to know how can I stabilize a loose tooth at home?

You can't. You can wear a night guard but loose teeth come from bone loss and you can't regain bone once it is gone.
Hold it with your fingers on both sides.
Visit  your American Dental Association dentist to get a diagnosis on why your tooth is loose. Your oral health is too important.

Dear FATD Follower,

You can't really stabilize a loose tooth at home. I don't know why it's loose, but generally it's the result of trauma or an advanced case of gum disease. In either case, you need the services of a dentist to diagnose the cause and to stabilize your tooth or possibly have to remove it. Hopefully, none of your other teeth are involved.

Hope this helps,

There is nothing I can recommend for that. Sorry.
